Where are you planning your kitchen?
For worktop projects in Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Hayes, West Wickham and Orpington, send us your postcode and a rough kitchen layout. We confirm availability for the individual address before arranging the next step.
Give your full postcode when you enquire so we can confirm whether we cover it. There is no showroom to visit.
The route into the kitchen matters
Describe your property’s actual access rather than relying on the neighbourhood name. Is the kitchen at ground level? Are there steps from the road, a shared entrance, a narrow turn or a lift? Explain the route from a suitable unloading point to the installation area.
If parking or loading needs arranging, flag it before the appointment. For a flat or a property with shared access, check the arrangements you need to make with the building manager. Large island pieces should be discussed with access in mind from the start.
The handling and installation plan is agreed for your property before fitting. Our island guide explains what to include in that conversation.
Prepare the same useful brief wherever you live
Bring together a rough plan, your material shortlist, the state of the existing kitchen and an approximate timeframe. Note whether cabinets are staying, a new kitchen is being fitted, or the project is still at design stage.
Start with preliminary measurements and the quotation checklist. Availability, products, survey arrangements and fitting dates are confirmed before you make commitments.
